Presently, we manage the accommodations for a workforce exceeding 10,000 individuals across the Northern region (Sungai Petani, Seberang Jaya, Kulim, Batu Kawan, Sungai Bakap, Parit Buntar, and Penang). We also build and manage numerous Centralized Labour Quarters (CLQ) buildings which collectively possess the capacity to comfortably accommodate over 25,000 workers.

Our approach goes beyond mere quantity, focusing on creating living spaces that prioritize the welfare of workers. Within the Centralized Labour Quarters (CLQ), we offer a range of amenities aimed at enhancing the overall living experience for workers. These amenities include a well-equipped canteen, a fully functional kitchen with modern facilities, and a dedicated recreational room. These provisions are intended to create a conducive environment for workers to unwind and rejuvenate following their demanding workdays.

As part of our commitment to enhancing the living experience within the CLQ, we have introduced convenient stores that provide workers with easy access to a wide range of daily necessities. These stores are strategically situated within the CLQ premises, offering a diverse selection of essential items that workers may require on a day-to-day basis.
